Subsidised Neutering

Subsidised Neutering at Prospect House

surgeryWe run a number of schemes which help owners on low incomes to have their pets neutered. The Dogs Trust accept a list of means tested benefits and will contribute towards bitch spays and dog castrates leaving the client contribution at £30.

Cats Protection also have vouchers towards cat neutering where funds are a problem or where the cat is being fostered. This leaves the owner £20 to pay towards a cat spay and £16.50 for a cat castrate.
We also accept neutering vouchers for cats from the RSPCA Llandudno Junction clinic and the client contribution is as above.

Animals that are adopted from the RSPCA Bryn y Maen Shelter are given a voucher for a contribution towards their pets neutering.

Where animals need treatment which is beyond the help of the RSPCA clinic and also beyond the means of the client, we can apply to various charities for assistance.

If your post code is not LL30 or LL31 and you are in receipt of housing benefit or council tax benefit please ring the PDSA on 0800 731 2502 and request a green form.

For assistance from the PDSA and other supporting charities, please speak to Ms Owen, one of the vets at Prospect House. She will endeavour to assist you with a payment plan to help you clear your account.

INSURING YOUR ANIMAL CAN COST AS LITTLE AS £2 A WEEK AND GIVES PEACE OF MIND WHEN YOUR ANIMAL IS INJURED OR SICK DAY OR NIGHT.
