MEET OUR FRIENDLY RECEPTION TEAM

Kathy started as a receptionist following equine work but had experience of veterinary work beforehand. Kathy mainly works on Colwyn Bay reception but also helps in Llanfairfechan and assists with account work.

Jan has been the manager of our Llanfairfechan surgery since 2006. Being a Cavalier breeder and ex hotel receptionist makes her ideal for running this surgery and she is known by all the clients.

Jo joined us as Practice Manager in 2002
She works hard behind the scenes keeping our office and administration in order. In her spare time she loves time out on the coast in the family boat.

Jackie first got to know the practice in 1993 when she joined the RSPCA in Bryn y Maen.

She became deputy manager of the centre in 2004 before taking over as manager at another large RSPCA shelter in 2007. Jackie returned to North Wales and joined us as our pet insurance administrator and receptionist.

Katie joined us at Prospect House in 2023. Having previously worked in the practice as a student we were very pleased to welcome her back to the team.
She is experienced in working with animals and as a Veterinary Receptionist. When not behind our reception desk she enjoys time out with her family, dogs and horses.

Michelle joined us at Prospect House in summer 2024. She quickly settled into the reception team and loves greeting you and your pets. When she is not looking after your companions Michelle is busy at home with her own lovely dogs, including three Old English Bulldogs

Rhian joined the reception team in 2025. She works in the evenings and holidays to fit around her studies.

Faye joined our reception team in Summer 2026. She fits her work with us around her studies. Faye loves greeting all your companions and enjoys looking after her own menagerie of pets, which include 2 dogs and several mice.
