Mr Peter Harlow
BVet Med MRCVS

Peter joined the practice in 1993 and became a partner in 1996. His special areas of interest are cardiology, respiratory medicine and oncology. Peter is also a Welsh Speaker.

Mrs Helen Sumner
BVM&S MRCVS

Helen joined the practice in 2006 and enjoys all aspects of veterinary work especially medicine and anaesthesia.

Mr Philip Owen
BVMS BSAVA PGCertSAS MRCVS

Phil joined the practice in 2011 after a period of time in mixed practice. His special interest is surgery and he was awarded his certificate in Small Animal Surgery with distinction in January 2016.
With these surgery skills Phil is able to offer a number of advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery techniques.
In 2023 he trained in laparascopic surgery allowing us to offer keyhole bitch spays for our patients.

Miss Katherine Gregson
BVSc MRCVS

Kat joined the practice in 2014, following experience in other practices. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery and has a keen interest in feline medicine, ophthalmology and small furries.
She completed her certificate in Small Animal Behaviour in summer 2023.

Michaela Simonds BA VetMB MRCVS
Michaela joined our vet team in October 2020 with a wide range of interests and experience in small animal veterinary medicine and surgery. Michaela is trained in Veterinary Acupuncture which can help manage painful conditions such as osteoarthritis


Tabitha Green BVSc MRCVS

Tabitha first came to Prospect House as a locum vet in 2023. We were very pleased to welcome her permanently to our vet team in 2024. Tabitha enjoys all areas of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery and has a special interest in ophthalmology.

When not looking after your companions she enjoys getting out in the mountains, hiking, trail running and climbing.

Ffion Hughes BVSc MRCVS

Ffion has been working with us as a regular locum since she returned from her travels at the end of 2025. We know so many of you are pleased to have her back helping your pets again.

Sam Wilcox BVSc MRCVS

Sam joined our Vet team in 2026 after moving to North Wales. He enjoys all areas of Veterinary work but has a special interest in surgery and also treating exotic patients. Sam is part of our Laparoscopic spay team.

When not at the Practice Sam enjoys a wide range of sports including climbing, swimming, football and golf along with enjoying the North Wales countryside with his dog.
